 For
more than 20 years the name Vintners Supply Company
has been synonymous with filtration and particularly
for membrane cartridge filtration. Vintners Supply
took those years of experience and asked Bea
Technologies Spa. of Milan, Italy to produce a
proprietary line of membrane cartridge filters to
our exacting specifications. This collaboration has
produced the Vintners Supply line of pre-filters and
final filters. Many large and small wineries depend
on the highly reliable quality of our filters for
that final all-important step at bottling.For the
sake of simplicity, and because all of the catchy
phrase names have been used, we named our cartridges
to tell the customer exactly what has been
purchased. The pre-filters are called VSC Pre/Final
Filters and the final filters are called VSC Final
Filters.
Our VSC Pre/Final filter is a double layer
cartridge. The upper dirt holding layer is a
borosilicate micro fiber layer. The final membrane
layer is made up of a single layer of
polyethersufone. This cartridge is a certified
non-fiber releasing filter. These cartridges offer
superior flow, extended on-stream life, and
consistent removal of microorganisms and inorganic
particulate. They are available in 0.45 µm, 0.65 µm,
0.8 µm and 1.2 µm absolute porosities. Cartridges
are available in all popular adapter styles and are
available in 10, 20, 30 and 40” sizes. Our VSC
Pre/Final cartridges are all fully integrity
testable and can be used for pre-filtration and
final filtration of Wine, Beer, Sprits and Mineral
Water.
Our VSC Final cartridge filter is a single layer
of polyethersulfone and are available in 0.45 µm and
0.65 µm absolute porosity. Our cartridge is fully
integrity testable and comes with a certificate of
quality. Cartridges are available in all popular
adapter styles and are available in 10, 20, 30 and
40” sizes. The VSC Final cartridge can be used for
pre-filtration and final filtration of Wine, Beer,
